The last time that I blogged I told you about the sweet Quilt/fabric shop in Franklin N. C.. You will need a napkin to wipe the drool from your chin because i am going to show you the delicious fabric that I brought home with me! The piece above I bought for a stack and whack project.
This piece I bought for an Apron. Duh!
Trim for apron.
So cute!
Roses! need I say more.
Matchy matchy!
I have no idea what I will do with these, just look at them for a while. Sometimes it is very hard to make the first cut into anything this gorgeous.
I finished the apron this week. I love this pattern, so easy!
Fabric before cutting;
Fabric after cutting. Holy smokes!
Six triangles arranged into a hexagon.
Love this!
My sister-in-law Diana taught me this technique when we were there in February. So much fun! Go to her blog to see the amazing things she did with hexagons atsew-what-nanner.blogspot.com. Now I need to go cut up some fabric and sew it back together! Happy Hunting! ~Robin~
Stack and whack?? Sounds dangerous! Love the apron! That scissor fabric it too cute :)
